With three booming locations in the lone star state, New York Times best-selling author and owner of Carlo’s Bakery, Buddy Valastro, and his lively famiglia will introduce their fourth bakery in Texas.

The grand opening of Carlo’s Bakery at The Shops at La Cantera in San Antonio, Texas is slated to take place in the early spring of 2018. Buddy Valastro and his family will host the brand’s traditional ribbon cutting ceremony. The bakery will open for business immediately following the ceremony with meet and greet opportunities available to patrons. For the first time, the brand will be offering exclusive VIP packages to the grand opening experience via their social media pages in January and February.
