Los Angeles, CA--(HISPANIC PR WIRE - BUSINESS WIRE)--February 1, 2006--Just in time for the music industry's biggest party, Cadillac has partnered with The Recording Academy(R) to provide the "ride of choice" for the 48th Annual GRAMMY(R) Awards on Wednesday, February 8. The fleet of 120 limited-edition GRAMMY Escalades marks the second consecutive year that Cadillac has been chosen as the "official vehicle" of the GRAMMY Awards.

The highlight of this year's fleet will be the all-new 2007 Escalades, featuring a fresh new design that was inspired by music and entertainment industry trendsetters. The newly launched 2007 Escalade has been thoroughly upgraded with dramatic exterior design, higher performance features and a distinctive, luxury interior. In addition, the 2007 Escalades will be emblazoned with distinctive GRAMMY badging.

The new GRAMMY fleet will also include stylishly upfitted 2006 Cadillac Escalade ESVs that will feature aftermarket equipment packages consisting of exterior GRAMMY badging, unique mesh grill and embroidered floor mats. In addition, the vehicles will sport 20-inch aluminum wheels, rear seat entertainment package, XM Satellite Radio, sunroof, navigation system and OnStar. Each vehicle will come with a commemorative plaque and a GRAMMY key chain.

Following the telecast, the 2006 GRAMMY Escalade ESVs will be available for sale at local Cadillac dealerships throughout Southern California.

The 48th Annual GRAMMY Awards will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2006 at STAPLES Center in Los Angeles.
