DreamTrips™ Vacation of More Than 800 to Miami Highlights Local Restaurants with Exclusive Events

PLANO, Texas, July 13, 2016 /PRNewswire-HISPANIC PR WIRE/ — Throughout this week more than 800 DreamTrips Members are vacationing in Miami, Fla. on a trip that celebrates local restaurants and exclusive excursions.

Members on the vacation trip are encouraged to “experience the city together” with the launch of DreamTrips Local (DTL) in South Florida. DreamTrips Local is a new program that allows DreamTrips Members to dine at participating restaurants and earn points towards DreamTrips vacations using the award-winning DreamTrips mobile app. For five days beginning July 12 Members are invited to join the Florida Foodie Frenzy at any of the more than 30 participating restaurants in South Florida and post their food experiences for a chance to win a $100 Visa® gift card. One winner will be chosen each day and posted on the @DreamTrips Local: United States page on Facebook. Diners are invited to post photos of their food experience on @dtlocalusa on Instagram and @DTLocal on Twitter. #FloridaFoodieFrenzy

The trip will culminate on Thursday, Jul. 14 when two restaurants will host exclusive events for DreamTrips Members, beginning with a Mojito Mixer Happy Hour at the Pelican Hotel private penthouse featuring three different varieties of mojitos and mouth-watering hors d’oeurvres. This will be followed by private chef’s dinner at South Beach’s Caffe Milano, also situated right in the heart of the hot and happening scene of Ocean Drive. Members will enjoy a one-of-a-kind menu, inclusive of a demonstration by Chef Christina Testa and a tasting dessert bar.
