This Saturday, November 21, LaLiga and beIN SPORTS USA brings the action to Miami soccer fans with “El Clasico”

MIAMI, Nov. 19, 2015 /PRNewswire-HISPANIC PR WIRE/ — This Saturday, November 21, LaLiga, a Spanish sports association made up of all the public limited sports companies and soccer clubs of Liga BBVA and Liga Adelante, and beIN SPORTS USA, the international sports network, brings two of the biggest rivals in sports history, Real Madrid vs. FC Barcelona, to a big screen in a free family event at Margaret Pace Park, 1745 North Bayshore Drive (Downtown Miami). Special guests include David Villa, former FC Barcelona forward and current captain for MLS’ New York City FC, and Gaizka Mendieta, former Valencia CF and FC Barcelona midfielder, as sports commentators during the game.

“It never ceases to amaze me, how passionately people around the world feel about this soccer event.  I’m looking forward to sharing the excitement with the fans in Miami and enjoying what promises to be a great game,” said Mendieta who is also an ambassador for LaLiga.

This free event, emceed by Eva Marcela and George Metellus of beIN SPORTS USA, opens its doors at 10 a.m. with kickoff set for 12:15 p.m. There will be live music, radio station Mega 94.9 FM, Mahou beer and DirecTV booths as well as performances by Los Gipsy y Chico Castillo and Spanish singer Lorena Gómez. There will also be food trucks, games and a chance to win a trip to Spain to attend one of LaLiga’s games. The first 500 people will receive official LaLiga and beIN SPORTS USA merchandise.

Both clubs currently hold the top two spots on the la LigaBBVA table and are home to six of the best players in the world including FC Barcelona’s Lionel Messi, Neymar and Luis Suárez as well as Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo, James Rodríguez and Gareth Bale.
