Miami, FL–(HISPANIC PR WIRE)–October 27, 2006–In the evening of Wednesday, October 25th, América Te Ve (Channel 41) WJAN Miami proved to be Miami’s real local channel by increasing its audience and beating Telemundo between 7 and 11 PM, the so coveted Prime Time, considered the most important broadcast hours for television channels. The ratings obtained the evening of Wednesday 25th attest to it: América Te Ve (channel 41) placed second among South Florida viewers with a 9.8 rating, behind Univision who topped the list with 13.8. Telemundo ranked third with 9.1, followed by Telefutura (4.4), Mega (3.4), Caracol (2.1), and Azteca closing the chart with 0.6.
