America Teve Honored With 12 Emmy® Nominations for the 35th Annual Suncoast Emmy® Awards

America Teve – Miami's leading independent station - recognized for excellence in television by the Suncoast Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.

MIAMI, Oct. 19, 2011 /PRNewswire-HISPANIC PR WIRE/ — America Teve proudly announced that “The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences,” a non profit Florida organization dedicated to excellence in television, revealed the nominees for the 35th annual Suncoast Emmy
Awards and America Teve received (12) twelve of the coveted nominations.

As stated in the General Rules of the competition, the presentation of these awards is intended to be an incentive for the continued pursuit of excellence for those working in the television industry and to focus public attention on outstanding cultural, educational, technological, entertainment, news and informational achievements in television. Besides these nominations two recent hires of America Teve, Maria Isabel Montoya, Creative Services & On-Air-Promotions Director, and Oscar Rivera, Senior Graphic designer, received (3) three nominations for promotional work jointly produced at their previous job.

The awards ceremony will take place at the Westin Beach Resort Fort Lauderdale on Saturday, December 3rd.
