“Siguiendo el Arco Iris” is the ultimate event for networking and community outreach in the Latina community for anyone who wants to make a difference. Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania is teaming up with El Congreso de Latinos Unidos, the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania, and Cardenas Grant Communications to offer ways you can help today’s girls become true leaders and women of courage, confidence and character. The celebration is from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Congreso de Latinos Unidos, located at 216 West Somerset St in Philadelphia.
