Available now, customers can dial 1-800-203-8600 to access a broad array of AT&T’s TV, Internet, and home phone services in more than 160 languages, such as Russian, Polish, Arabic and Hmong. When customers call 1-800-203-8600, they can ask for service in their preferred language. An English-speaking representative will connect the customer to a live, expertly trained interpreter provided by AT&T. The interpreter will join the caller and AT&T service representative in a three-way conversation to complete the service.
This service builds on AT&T’s continuing effort to address the cultural and language needs of the company’s diverse customer base.
