Brant Wallace as Vice President Corporate Banking for its recently expanded Houston Banking Center, located at One Allen Center, 500 Dallas Street.
Wallace will be responsible for the business development and customer relationship management of domestic corporations with annual revenues in excess of $50 million. This includes overseeing the Houston branch’s operations with individuals and businesses engaged in the oil and gas industries in the region, as well as in other growing segments of the market.
Prior to joining Commercebank, Wallace was Chairman of the asset and wealth management company he launched in 1999 — The Wallace Group of Companies: Republic Asset Management, LLC. His extensive professional experience includes senior positions at relevant financial institutions in the United States.

He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Houston. He is also a Certified Finance Manager and a Certified Money Manager, and has obtained Commercial Real Estate and Mortgage Broker Licenses. He is fluent in English, Spanish and German.
An active leader in the Houston community, Wallace is Chairman of the South MacGregor Housing Corporation, President of the Young Presidents Organization and President of the Cougar CEO Foundation.
