The World Airline Survey, recognized as the largest airline passenger survey in existence, judges quality of products and services offered customers. The results of the survey, carried out between June 2003 and March 2004, were based on more than 10 million responses sent in by passengers of 90 different nationalities.
Copa Airlines was selected No. 1 in the Regional – Central American, Mexico and Caribbean category. In addition, passengers also awarded Copa four stars for its Clase Ejecutiva (Business Class), private membership club and assistance to parents traveling with children.
