Panama City, Panama–(HISPANIC PR WIRE – BUSINESS WIRE)–July 6, 2004–Copa Airlines today launched its new EliteAccess program of value-added services and benefits. The program will go into effect on July 8, beginning with Clase Ejecutiva (Business Class) passengers and OnePass Elite frequent flyer members, and later with passengers flying on select fares.
EliteAccess offers expanded privileges and a superior travel experience for customers who travel more frequently and those who prefer the value-added benefits of higher fares. The new exclusive services include priority check-in lines at the airport, preferential boarding privileges, special luggage tags for priority baggage handling, and expedited security-screening lines, among other benefits. In addition, the airline will implement a new service through which passengers flying on select fares will be selected to participate in the benefits of the EliteAccess program on the day of their flights, even if they are not OnePass program members.
“We are proud to present this exclusive value-added customer service, structured by Copa Airlines and Continental Airlines,” said Jorge Garcia Icaza, Business Vice President, Copa Airlines. “We value each customer and EliteAccess is a way for us to reward our most valuable customers who continually honor us with their business.”
