The contract will commence immediately with the launch of the EA SPORTS(TM) authentic soccer simulation videogame, FIFA Soccer 2004. The game is set to be released in the fall of 2003 as the most complete and authentic fútbol soccer experience for the Playstation(R)2 computer entertainment system, Xbox(TM) video game system from Microsoft, Nintendo GameCube(TM), Game Boy(R) Advance and PC-CD platforms. The game also includes the first-time ever addition of a multitude of licensed Latin American teams, including leagues from Mexico, Brazil and Argentina.

Ruido Group will communicate the FIFA Soccer 2004 product experience to Latino fútbol soccer and gaming fans through an integrated marketing and communications campaign that will include public relations, product integration, media, interactive grassroots marketing, and media promotions. The campaign will also speak to the rapidly growing Hispanic online population through EA’s Internet-based gaming platform where they will be able to play FIFA Soccer 2004 in real-time with other online users.
