Lizárraga as its Chair-Elect, following a board meeting in Philadelphia, PA, site of the USHCC’s upcoming 27th Annual National Convention & Business Expo, September 20-23, 2006. In addition to Mr. Lizárraga, the USHCC Board of Directors announced the election of Mr. Massey Villarreal of Houston, TX as its incoming Vice- Chair.
