Leaders of the Latin Business Association and officers from Comerica Bank will conduct a walking tour of the city’s largest concentration of Latino-owned businesses to give away more than 4,000 complimentary tickets to the year’s biggest Latino event, the 10th Annual Latino Business Expo, scheduled for October 14 and 15.

STORY:

As part of Hispanic Heritage Month, the LBA kicks off preparations for the biggest gathering of Latino entrepreneurs, the Latino Business Expo, by meeting and greeting Latino businesses in East Los Angeles. The Expo is scheduled for October 14 and 15 at the L.A. Convention Center. Media will be invited to meet and interview Latino business owners to get their views on how Latino entrepreneurs are doing.

BACKGROUND:

The Latino Business Expo, now in its 10th year, has become the largest business-to-business event in the U.S. This year’s event is expected to draw approximately 8,000 Latino business people from throughout the region.

Comerica Bank will be a sponsor of the Expo, bringing excitement to the event that includes a raffle of L.A. Lakers memorabilia and an appearance by the Laker Girls on Saturday, October 15 from 2 to 4 PM.

The Western Division of Comerica Bank includes 54 branch offices in key California markets including Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose, Fresno, and other cities.
