Washington, DC–(HISPANIC PR WIRE – U.S. Newswire)–October 13, 2003–The Pew Hispanic Center will release new population projections for the Latino population on Tuesday, Oct. 14. Developed by Jeffrey S. Passel, a veteran demographer and principal research associate at the Population Studies Center of the Urban Institute, the projections identify important trends in the growth patterns of the Hispanic population.
The report will be released at 1:30 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, Oct. 14 with a telephone press briefing by Passel and Roberto Suro, the Center’s director.
