Deportes La Revista.

ESPN Deportes will also utilize its other platforms to provide unmatched coverage
of the NFL

— ESPNdeportes.com, the company’s Spanish-language website, will offer comprehensive
NFL news and information throughout the season. Highlights will include real-time
scores and statistics, game re-caps and box scores and pre-game and post-game
analysis of ESPN Deportes telecasts.  ESPNdeportes.com will also feature
weekly chats sessions hosted by Raul Allegre and Alvaro Martin. The site will
also offer a weekly column by commentators Alvaro Martin and Eduardo Varela.
In addition, ESPNdeportes.com will host two fantasy football games, as well
as SportsCenter interviews on ESPN Motion.

— ESPN Deportes Radio, the first around-the-clock, national Spanish-language
sports radio network in the United States (launching in the Fall), will provide
the latest NFL news and information throughout the season.

— ESPN Deportes La Revista, a Spanish-language edition of the award-winning
ESPN The Magazine, will feature a monthly NFL column with contributions from
ESPN Deportes football experts.

$10 Million More Reasons to Love Football:

In addition, as part of its outreach to Latino football fans, earlier this
month ESPN unveiled "Futbol a Football," a consumer promotion featuring
a $10 million cash giveaway- potentially one of the largest prizes ever awarded
in a cable television promotion.

What is Futbol a Football?

Futbol a Football is a three month, major multi-market consumer promotion centered
around soccer and football–two of the most popular programs on ESPN Deportes,
ESPN’s Spanish-language television network. Chosen at random from a national
sweepstakes, a winner will have the opportunity during halftime of the Rams
vs. Cowboys NFL game in Dallas on New Year’s Day to score an empty-net soccer
goal from mid-field, followed by a 40-yard field goal. If the contestant can
hit the net and split the uprights on only one attempt each, he/she will take
home $10 million. If only one of the kicks is successful, the contestant will
receive $25,000. If neither kick is successful, the contestant will receive
$10,000 just for trying and being a good sport. Participants can fill out a
sweepstakes entry form on http://www.espnportes.com, http://www.futbolafootball.com,
or call 1-800-Deportes to register for the promotion.
