Hecht has 20 years of banking experience, most recently from Morgan Stanley where she served as Credit Officer and Portfolio Manager as well as Commercial and Private Banker.
In her role at First Bank & Trust Company, Hecht will develop private banking and wealth management relationships in the New River Valley as well as services related to treasury management and commercial lending. Her office is located in Blacksburg, Virginia at 2695 Prices Fork Road.

She has two children, and her family resides in Blacksburg, Virginia.
