Ford Motor Company will conduct a major community initiative as part of its on-going involvement in South Florida and the upcoming NASCAR Ford Championship Weekend at Homestead-Miami Speedway.
Named “Champions of the Community,” the initiative focuses on youth education and safety.

Steve Lyons, Francisco Codina, and race drivers will participate in Real World Driver program with teen drivers, and participate in Corazon de mi vida program with Homestead-area families.
In addition, Ford will unveil driver Rick Crawford’s NASCAR Ford F-150 carrying artwork of local student winner of the 2003 Hispanic Heritage Art Contest. This truck will race in the Ford 200 NASCAR Craftsman Truck race on Friday, November 14.
