WASHINGTON, Aug. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire-HISPANIC PR WIRE/ — The Hispanic Leadership Network (HLN), a Hispanic center-right advocacy action group, is announcing a southwestern regional conference “Rebuilding America’s Dream.” This two-day conference, taking place during Hispanic Heritage Month, will bring together Hispanic grassroots leaders from across the country to engage in an important discussion on the policy issues affecting the Hispanic community.
Governor Susana Martinez (NM) and Governor Brian Sandoval (NV), two of the highest-ranking Hispanic leaders in elected office, will give remarks at the conference. National, state and local leaders as well as policy experts and decision makers will also speak and participate in the event.
Panel discussions will focus on the nation’s economic crisis, education policy, immigration reform, home ownership and civic engagement with a special event to celebrate our Hispanic youth.
