BRAZIL’S GREMIO AND MEXICO’S PUMAS TO OPEN THE 2003 COPA TOYOTA LIBERTADORES ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 4

LOS ANGELES–(HISPANIC PR WIRE – BUSINESS WIRE)–Jan. 27, 2003–Club teams
Gremio of Brazil and the UNAM Pumas of Mexico will open the 2003 Copa Toyota
Libertadores, airing exclusively live from Porto Alegre in Brazil, on Tuesday,
February 4 at 6:00 p.m. (ET) on Fox Sports en Español. The national Spanish-language
sports network retains the exclusive U.S. broadcast rights to all 128 mid-week
matches of the popular six-month tournament, including the playoffs and finals.
Through its exclusive Internet alliance with Terra.com, Fox Sports en Español
also will offer video highlights and coverage of the Copa Toyota Libertadores
on their joint web site, http://www.fse.terra.com. A total of 32 club teams
representing ten Latin American countries are participating in the 2003 Copa
Toyota Libertadores.

On Wednesday, January 29, 2003 at 11:00 p.m. (ET), Fox Sports en Español
will present a one-hour Copa Toyota Libertadores 2003 special providing viewers
with a synopsis of participating teams and players and historical tournament
facts. In addition, the network is producing a one-hour feature from its studios
in Argentina titled El Show de la Copa Libertadores that highlights the best
moments of this soccer competition. El Show de la Copa Libertadores premieres
on Saturday, February 8 at 6:30 p.m. (ET), and will be scheduled weekly on Fridays
at 8:00 p.m. (ET) for the duration of the tournament.

“The combination of our live Copa Toyota Libertadores mid-week prime-time
matches and our established weekend soccer events gives U.S. soccer fans up
to 17 exclusive, first-run events in one week,” said David Sternberg, General
Manager of Fox Sports en Español. “That’s a tremendous amount of
championship soccer that will dominate our network through several months.”

Adding to the excitement of this year’s Copa Toyota Libertadores is a consumer
sweepstakes sponsored by Pep Boys that will take one winner and guest to see
the Copa Toyota Libertadores 2003 final match. The Copa Toyota Libertadores
2003 telecasts on Fox Sports en Español are being sponsored in part by
Toyota, Miller Beer, MasterCard, Pep Boys, Gatorade, Americatel and Terra.com.
