GUATEMALAN BOY BAND CTO MAKES IT’S AMERICAN TELEVISION DEBUT ON ‘THE WAYNE BRADY SHOW’

Beverly Hills, CA–(HISPANIC PR WIRE)–September 19, 2002–Guatemalan Boy Band CTO will make their American Television debut on the highly rated “Wayne Brady Show”, on Friday September 20, 2002 (Check local listings for show schedule and stations). This is the first appearance ever by a Latin Music Act to appear on an American television talk show performing in Spanish.

“They were amazing, the audience loved CTO, they can count on coming back on the show real soon” stated Wayne Brady, the host of the show. The audience was given a copy of CTO’s latest production titled “CTO” which includes their latest hit single “Manos Arriba”. While in Los Angeles to tape their television appearance, the group attended the 3rd. Annual Latin Grammy’s and performed at the L.A. County Fair, in Pomona, California.

Though the “Wayne Brady Show”, was the group’s first American National Television appearance, CTO has made numerous television appearances recently on Spanish Language Television, some of their appearances have been on De Mananita (Telemundo), Fiesta de Calle 116 (Telemundo), Caliente (Univision), Noticias (Univision) , Escandalo Del Medio Dia (Telefutura) and Fusion (Mun2-Telemundo).

CTO is managed exclusively worldwide by Eddy Mayen, President of IMM (International Music Makers Management) and is currently negotiating a new recording deal with several major labels based in the United States.
