LatinClips Introduces Industry’s First Online Monitoring Product for African American Media with New Black Sources Package

The Black Sources package is available in conjunction with hard clipping from Black PR Wire, the nation’s leading African American wire service

Miami, FL–(HISPANIC PR WIRE)—September 8, 2003–LatinClips today introduced the industry’s first online monitoring product for African American media called the Black Sources package. The Black Sources package is part of a new and growing line of multicultural-related tracking services LatinClips is developing called Diversity Solutions.

“Creating a Diversity Solutions line up of services enhances our ability to offer the industry’s most comprehensive scope of monitoring services for multicultural marketing specialists,” said Christine Clavijo-Kish, CEO of LatinClips. “We anticipate the Black Sources package and our partnership with Black PR Wire News Clipping Services to be an invaluable new resource on the marketplace.”

The Black Sources package covers online news sources for the U.S. African American market either as a stand-alone service, in conjunction with any existing LatinClips’ U.S. Hispanic or general market package or as part of hard clipping available through Black PR Wire Clipping Service. The new package features approximately 65 online sources through LatinClips and more than 100 print media through Black PR Wire Clipping Service. The online sources are tracked and updated daily allowing clients to access their clips via a password-protected database they log into and check at their convenience. The print media is monitored by Black PR Wire’s Clipping Service staff and mailed out on a weekly basis. Both services are offered as either a stand-alone product or as bundle. Rates are on a per-month basis and the hard clips have an additional per-clip cost.

“We are extremely excited about this new partnership with Latin Clips,” stated Bernadette Morris, president and CEO of Black PR Wire, Inc. “The Black Sources package is well positioned to provide its clients fast and comprehensive access to what is running in the African American press.”

Plans are underway for additional new products under LatinClips’ Diversity Solutions umbrella for launch between last quarter 2003 and first quarter 2004.
