Oak Brook, IL–(HISPANIC PR WIRE)–October 24, 2003–This coming November,
McDonald’s(R) will present one of the most anticipated Spanish rock tours
of the year, Lo McXimo de la Música.  The popular Mexican rock band
Molotov, the tour’s headliner, was awarded four of the coveted MTV Video
Music Awards Latin America 2003.

Molotov, nominated in 5 categories, was awarded Best Group/Duo, Video of the
Year, Best Alternative Artist and Best Artist Mexico.

“The groups participating in Lo McXimo de la Música represent the
best in the Rock en Español genre and Molotov’s impressive win at
last night’s MTV Video Music Awards Latin America certainly confirms it,”
said Max Gallegos, McDonald’s director of U.S. Marketing. “We congratulate
Molotov on their win and we thank them for joining us in our effort to help
Hispanic students achieve a college education.”

Proceeds from McDonald’s “Lo McXimo de la Música” concerts
will directly benefit the RMHC/HACER Scholarship Program, the largest high school-to-college
Hispanic scholarship program in the nation.  RMHC/HACER, throughout its
17-year history, has awarded over $12 million in scholarships to over 11,000
Hispanic high school seniors in the U.S.

“Music is a key passion for our Latino customers.  Lo McXimo de la
Música goes to the heart of this passion with the most relevant and popular
rock en español performers of today and at the same time supports the
education of Hispanic youth,” added Gallegos.

The Lo McXimo de la Música concert series will feature some of the best
Spanish rock bands (Molotov, El Gran Silencio, Maldita Vecindad and Rabanes)
in four top Hispanic markets and additional support talent per concert:
