Mega TV Adds Another Winning Program to Stellar Lineup

‘Mega News’ to report on important stories that directly impact the U.S. Hispanic Community


Miami, FL–(HISPANIC PR WIRE)–September 17, 2007–Spanish Broadcasting System (SBS) (NASDAQ: SBSA) announced today the launch of their newest program on Mega TV Channel 22, the addition of “Mega News.” A daily news program hosted by renowned journalists Camilo Egaña and Maria Regina Bustamante, ”Mega News” will take a dynamic approach to reporting the stories that directly pertain to the U.S. Hispanic Community. Starting Monday, September 17 “Mega News” will air Monday thru Friday at 5 PM on Mega TV Channel 22.

“Mega News” will report on the most important news in the United States, Latin America, and the world in addition to the latest pop culture news such as entertainment, fashion, sports, tourism, cooking, design, style, and health. “Mega News” will also feature special guests from the biggest markets across the U.S. such as New York, Los Angeles and Miami, who will investigate the stories and provide their perspective on how the news of the day impacts Hispanics.

Under the executive production of Frank Steinhart, “Mega News” will analyze the topics that affect the Hispanic Community in the United States. “We will feature new segments such as “Tecno”, the latest on technology news, “Tierra Verde”, a segment dedicated to our social concern for the environment, and “Cuerpo y Alma”, a segment on health and body.
