Mexicana Airlines inaugurates its CONCIERGE service, offering exclusive benefits and added convenience for frequent travelers from San Antonio to Mexico

The launch of CONCIERGE is one of many features and promotions scheduled for 2006, as the airline gears up to celebrate its 50 Year Route Anniversary between San Antonio and Mexico City in 2007.

Mexicana’s exclusive and unique CONCIERGE Service is designed for busy executives who travel frequently between San Antonio and key business destinations in Mexico, such as Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey. CONCIERGE provides the ultimate experience in personalized travel service allowing passengers to bypass waiting lines at the check-in counter with a special check-in desk that pre-prints the passenger’s boarding pass and baggage tags. This service will be available for all three non-stop flights departing daily from San Antonio International Airport. Mexicana Airlines offers 20 weekly non-stop flights between San Antonio and Mexico City reaffirming its position as Mexico’s leading international carrier with the greatest number of flights between Mexico and the U.S.

In addition to offering the prestigious VTP vacation program for travelers from Mexico to the United States, Mexicana has met the growing demand of Mexico City-based passengers coming to San Antonio for medical reasons through its VTP Salud (Wellness VTP) program. This package includes round trip air transportation between the two cities, along with physical exams at participating clinics in San Antonio. VTP Salud is designed to meet the needs of international passengers who prefer to come to San Antonio for their medical exams.
