Mygrito Social Network Rolls Out Second Version of ‘Tu Grito 2008’

Burlingame, CA–(HISPANIC PR WIRE)–July, 23 2007–MyGrito.com, the only Latino social networking site with an interactive political page, has rolled out their new version of Tu Grito 2008 (V.2.0).

The new roll out of the popular political page gives both members and presidential candidates more options and control. Members now have the opportunity to select a question topic from a drop down menu of topics which includes everything from Health Care and Education to Immigration and Taxes. They can also choose the candidate they want to pose the question to, or select all candidates.

Candidates, on the other hand, will receive an e-mail when a question for them has been posted. They will have the option to ignore or delete the question/comment or respond. If they respond, the member asking the question will be notified via e-mail.

“We are really excited about our new Tu Grito 2008 roll-out,” said Irene Audet, CEO of MyGrito. “It gives everyone the opportunity to make their voice or grito more effective and clear.” Ms. Audet also explained that MyGrito will feature weekly questions to encourage both members and candidates to participate.

The original Tu Grito 2008 was launched in early June 2007 and since then presidential candidates Hillary Clinton, John Edwards, Mike Gravel and George Phillies have joined MyGrito. Other candidates have also joined and their profile pages are pending to be linked Tu Grito 2008.
