Juniper Content’s children’s network to add ‘El Reto Burundis’ to its Line-Up

New York, NY–(HISPANIC PR WIRE)–September 13, 2007–Juniper Content Corporation’s (OTCBB: JNPC; “Juniper”) ¡Sorpresa! network announced today that it has acquired exclusive exhibition rights from BouncyNet Inc. for a three year U.S. broadcast of the successful Mexican children’s programs “EL Reto Burundis” and it’s two animated movies “Enredos y Marañas” and “Navidad con Angel”. The programming will air on the ¡Sorpresa! network in the afternoons beginning in October. “EL Reto Burundis” was launched in Mexico and was especially created for children ages 6 to 12 years old.

“In Mexico, the program characters are so endearing to our young viewers that it serves as an outstanding platform for the distribution of its many branded products,” commented Enrique Altamirano, CEO of BouncyNet and Burundis creator. The success of the “El Reto Burundis” television program has given way to numerous branded products in Mexico including merchandizing, home video, published comic series, a music CD and a website in addition to numerous licensed products. The gameshow, “El Reto Burundis”, targets both pre-teens and teens alike and debuted as the highest rated show in its time slot securing advertising commitments from Mattel, Hasbro, Grupo Bimbo, Pepsi, Danone, Nestle, Kellogg’s and Coca Cola during its 32 episode run.

The three-year exclusive agreement with BouncyNet allows ¡Sorpresa! to distribute the program to its digital community through sorpresatv.com. Advertisers and MSO will have the opportunity to build upon the success of the program in Mexico with numerous ¡Sorpresa! multiplatform opportunities in the U.S.
