Miami, FL–(HISPANIC PR WIRE)–November 9, 2007–Spanish Broadcasting System (SBS) (NASDAQ: SBSA) announced today that Joe Mackay has been promoted to Vice President of National Sales for the company. His appointment reflects the continued growth and expansion of SBS – the largest publicly traded and Hispanic-controlled media company in the United States.
In his previous role at the company, Mr. Mackay was the Director of National Sales and National Sales Manager for Chicago’s WLEY FM “La Ley.” Prior to joining SBS in 2005, he was the National Sales Manager for WPWX-FM 92.3 and WSRB-FM 106.3 in Chicago. In addition, he also held a variety of sales and marketing roles for companies like Emmis Communications, CBS Radio, Lego Systems and Coca-Cola Bottling.
