National Bilingual Media Workshop To Be Held in Atlanta


ATLANTA–(HISPANIC PR WIRE)–March 10, 2004–Pareja Media Match, a national agency specializing in Latino journalist representation, is holding its third annual bilingual workshop on April 10th in Atlanta.

El Workshop! is aimed at those Hispanic journalists who are looking to improve their chances at getting a job in the media.

Among the panelists, El Workshop! will feature Ana Real, CBS News Foreign News Producer, who will provide firsthand tips and pointers. Additionally, Daisy Pareja, Latina journalist represetative and workshop co-founder, will share her personal advice on job hunting technics including the showcase of the making of an oustanding demo tape. El Workshop! encourages attendees to bring their own Spanish tapes to be critiqued.

Ana Real, a Nicaraguan-born journalist, is the CBS Foreign Producer who through strong investigative, researching and networking skills obtained the exclusive and last interview with Saddam Hussein prior to his downfall. Real will share with participants her personal and professional experience as a foreign producer for Dan Rather (CBS Evening News and 60 Minutes II).
