United Dominion Realty Trust Announces Addition to Senior Management Team


Richmond, VA–(HISPANIC PR WIRE – BUSINESS WIRE)–July 13, 2005–United Dominion Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: UDR) is pleased to announce that Sara Jo Light has joined the Company as Executive Vice President of Talent Management. Ms. Light will be responsible for all human resource functions and all policies and programs affecting the company’s workforce of over 2,000 associates.

Ms. Light most recently was Senior Vice President Human Resources and Administration for Taubman Centers, Inc. (NYSE: TCO), a Real Estate Investment Trust. She previously held senior human resource positions at Trans Union and Continental Bank over the course of her 30 year career.
