Perez worked his way up within the renowned Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group family, and is now the executive chef of Trattoria del Lupo at Mandalay Bay.

As the dining scene evolves in Las Vegas, new restaurants continue to open nearly every month, providing unique experiences for repeat visitors. Stephen Hanson and B.R. Guest opened Dos Caminos Las Vegas, at The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino, the first outside of New York City.
