Jonas was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes (T1D) at 13 years old and will celebrate his &#8220;diaversary&#8221; on <span class=\"xn-chron\">Nov. 15<\/span>, one day after World Diabetes Day.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I had lost 25 pounds in two weeks. I was always thirsty. I was constantly using the bathroom, and I was irritable.
