Construction of the class A, 80,464\u00a0square-foot industrial building, included 13 exterior docks, 2 drive-in doors, 32&#8242; clear height ceilings, and 108 additional parking spaces.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;50 S Fairbanks is a terrific addition to our portfolio. It has been a pleasure partnering on this and other projects with our friends at Realterm&#8221; conveys <span class=\"xn-person\">Barry Missner<\/span>, CEO of The Missner Group, &#8220;<span class=\"xn-location\">Addison<\/span> is a prime central location with tax incentives, close proximity to the interstate system, and easy access to O&#8217;Hare and Midway airport.&#8221;\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>30,387 square feet were pre-leased by PGW Auto Glass. The Missner Group will serve as the general contractor for the build-out of this space, intended for the distribution and warehousing of vehicle glass and related parts and materials. PGW is expected to move in by the end of quarter 3 2023.<\/p>\n<p>50,077 square feet remains available. The remaining space can be leased as a single unit or subdivided into two smaller spaces to suit potential leaseholders.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The joint venture between Realterm and The Missner Group includes additional projects located in <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.missnergroup.com\/1200w145thst\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><span class=\"xn-location\">East Chicago, Indiana<\/span><\/a><\/u>, and <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.missnergroup.com\/1032-w-43rd-street\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><span class=\"xn-location\">Chicago, Illinois<\/span>.<\/a><\/u><\/p>\n<p>The Missner Groups&#8217; Vice President of Construction, <span class=\"xn-person\">Angelo Christopher<\/span>, was the Project Executive, with <span class=\"xn-person\">Alex Cox<\/span> and <span class=\"xn-person\">Don Hay<\/span> as Project Managers working alongside Superintendents, <span class=\"xn-person\">Dan Zboncak<\/span> and <span class=\"xn-person\">Garrett Giles<\/span>, who managed field operations.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"xn-person\">Cal Payne<\/span> and <span class=\"xn-person\">Genna Nicketta<\/span> of CBRE are leasing agents for the property.
