To be eligible for a cash payment, you must submit a timely, valid Claim Form by the claim filing deadline.<\/p>\n<p>A Settlement Class Member who submits a Valid Claim shall receive a cash payment of <span class=\"xn-money\">$2.00<\/span> for each Product (listed in Exhibit A to the Settlement Agreement available at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/c212.net\/c\/link\/?t=0&amp;l=en&amp;o=3965186-1&amp;h=1226223771&amp;u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.recyclingbagsettlement.com%2F&amp;a=www.recyclingbagsettlement.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">www.recyclingbagsettlement.com<\/a>) purchased by the Settlement Class Member. A Settlement Class Member does not have to provide Proof of Purchase for the first six (6) Products claimed for a total of <span class=\"xn-money\">twelve dollars<\/span> <span class=\"xn-money\">($12)<\/span>. Proof of Purchase is required for every Product claimed over six (6) Products.
