The company will move to <span class=\"xn-money\">$23<\/span> in October. In the last six years, Bank of America raised the minimum hourly wage to <span class=\"xn-money\">$15<\/span> in 2017; to <span class=\"xn-money\">$17<\/span> in 2019; to <span class=\"xn-money\">$20<\/span> in 2020; to <span class=\"xn-money\">$21<\/span> in 2021 \u2013 and to <span class=\"xn-money\">$22<\/span> in <span class=\"xn-chron\">May 2022<\/span>.
