Joining a collection onboard that includes an array of pieces created by local artists and inspired by the region, each creation will invoke the vibrancy of the <span class=\"xn-location\">Caribbean<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Every artist will receive a grant from the vacation company, ranging from <span class=\"xn-money\">$20,000<\/span> to more than <span class=\"xn-money\">$100,000<\/span>, to see their vision through. As artists in residence, the winners will work closely with the Royal Caribbean&#8217;s team later this year to bring their concepts to life in <span class=\"xn-location\">Turku, Finland<\/span>, where <i>Star <\/i>is currently under construction.<\/p>\n<p>Artists interested in joining the Artist Discovery Program must submit:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Five samples of previous works: The work must be original.<\/li>\n<li>A brief artist statement that helps explain their work, inspiration and other details regarding the pieces submitted.<\/li>\n<li>A copy of their CV \/ resume.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This year&#8217;s selected artists will join the 2023 inaugural cohort that created iconic murals that are featured throughout <i>Icon of the Seas<\/i>.
