Bulla has more than 25 years of experience in real estate and has made invaluable contributions to the profession and to the greater <span class=\"xn-location\">Amarillo<\/span> community. She has been a driving force in real estate, serving on various advisory groups and committees at the national, state, and local level, including serving as the Chairman for Texas REALTORS<sup><i>\u00ae<\/i><\/sup>\u00a0and Chairman of the Amarillo Association of REALTORS<sup><i>\u00ae<\/i><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><b>The Distinguished Service Award\u00a0<\/b>was presented to <span class=\"xn-person\">Robert Wright<\/span> of Austin, recognizing 45 years of commitment to the REALTOR<sup><i>\u00ae<\/i><\/sup>\u00a0organization and his community.\u00a0Wright, who has volunteered in some capacity within the REALTOR<sup><i>\u00ae<\/i><\/sup>\u00a0association every single year since 1992, was also a founding board member of the Austin chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers.<\/p>\n<p><b><span class=\"xn-person\">Kent Redding<\/span>, recipient of the 2024 Texas REALTORS<\/b><sup><b><i>\u00ae<\/i><\/b><\/sup><b>\u00a0Good Neighbor Award<\/b>, was honored for his volunteer work with the Mobile Loaves and Fishes organization, connecting the chronically homeless with life-changing resources. His contributions to the Austin community include volunteering for organizations like Community First! Village and Hungry Souls.<\/p>\n<p><b>Shelyna Tinglin, recipient of the 2024 Educator of the Year Award,<\/b>\u00a0was lauded for her exceptional work, including her service on the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Education Standards Advisory Committee and the Collin County Area REALTORS<sup><i>\u00ae<\/i><\/sup>\u00a0(CCAR) Board of Directors.
