With tracks now fully open throughout the <span class=\"xn-location\">San Diego<\/span> to <span class=\"xn-location\">San Luis Obispo<\/span> corridor, Pacific Surfliner now offers 12 daily roundtrips between <span class=\"xn-location\">San Diego<\/span> and <span class=\"xn-location\">Los Angeles<\/span>, five daily roundtrips between <span class=\"xn-location\">San Diego<\/span> and <span class=\"xn-location\">Goleta<\/span> and three daily full-corridor roundtrips between <span class=\"xn-location\">San Diego<\/span> and <span class=\"xn-location\">San Luis Obispo<\/span>. In addition, Amtrak Thruway Bus Service offers guaranteed connections to Pacific Surfliner trains, extending travel options north to <span class=\"xn-location\">Oakland<\/span> through <span class=\"xn-location\">Santa Barbara<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-location\">Solvang<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-location\">San Luis Obispo<\/span> and <span class=\"xn-location\">Paso Robles<\/span>, and southeast to <span class=\"xn-location\">Indio<\/span> through <span class=\"xn-location\">Fullerton<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-location\">Riverside<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-location\">Palm Springs<\/span> and <span class=\"xn-location\">Palm Desert<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>The Pacific Surfliner route spans 351 miles through six counties, serving 29 stations from <span class=\"xn-location\">San Diego<\/span> to <span class=\"xn-location\">San Luis Obispo<\/span>. This schedule change marks a continued effort by the LOSSAN Rail Corridor Agency and its partners to enhance regional rail service and improve customer experience.
