Claims for telephone tax refunds can be submitted online, at <u><a href=\"http:\/\/www.LATaxRefund.com\" rel=\"nofollow\">www.LATaxRefund.com<\/a><\/u>, or through the mail at Ardon v. City of Los Angeles, Claims Administrator, P.O. Box 30196, <span class=\"xn-location\">College Station, TX<\/span> 77842-3196. A notice and claim form will also be mailed to current addresses in the City of Los Angeles.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>Eligible class members can claim standard refunds of <span class=\"xn-money\">$30<\/span> for residential landline service, <span class=\"xn-money\">$50<\/span> for business landline service, and <span class=\"xn-money\">$50<\/span> for mobile service. Businesses must have been registered with the City during the <span class=\"xn-chron\">October 2005<\/span> to <span class=\"xn-chron\">March 2008<\/span> time period can claim the standard business landline refund amount.\u00a0 Class members may claim refunds for both landline and mobile telephone taxes.\u00a0 There is no requirement to submit copies of phone bills to claim the standard amounts.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>Class members can also claim a refund based upon the actual amount of telephone tax they paid by submitting copies of their phone bills or other proof of the amount of tax paid to the <span class=\"xn-location\">City of Los Angeles<\/span> for telephone services utilized during the <span class=\"xn-chron\">October 19, 2005<\/span> through <span class=\"xn-chron\">March 15, 2008<\/span> time period. <\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit, <i>Ardon v.
