allegations. <\/p>\n<p><b>Who is included in the Settlements?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Individuals and businesses that:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Purchased a CRT or a product containing a CRT, such as a TV or computer monitor, in <span class=\"xn-location\">the United States<\/span> (except <span class=\"xn-location\">Illinois<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-location\">Washington<\/span> and <span class=\"xn-location\">Oregon<\/span>) between <span class=\"xn-chron\">March 1, 1995<\/span> and <span class=\"xn-chron\">November 25, 2007<\/span>; <\/li>\n<li>For their own use and not for resale. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Purchases made directly from a defendant or alleged co-conspirator are not included (see the list of defendants and alleged co-conspirators at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crtclaims.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">www.CRTclaims.com\u00a0<\/a>or by calling 1-800-649-0963). <\/p>\n<p><b>What do the Settlements provide?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>There are six new Settlements totaling <span class=\"xn-money\">$541.75 million<\/span>.\u00a0 Together with the two previously-approved settlements, the Settlement Fund is <span class=\"xn-money\">$576.75 million<\/span>.\u00a0 Only individuals and businesses who purchased CRT Products in AZ, CA, FL, HI, IA, KS, ME, MI, MN, MS, NE, NV, NM, NY, NC, ND, SD, TN, VT, WV, WI, or the <span class=\"xn-location\">District of Columbia<\/span>, are eligible to file a claim for money.\u00a0 HI, NE and NV have shorter claims periods.\u00a0 The purchase must have been made in one of the foregoing states, but you do not have to be a resident of one of these states.\u00a0 The Settlements release the injunctive relief claims of purchasers of CRT Products nationwide.<\/p>\n<p>The amount of money you will receive depends on the type and quantity of CRT Products you purchased and the total number of claims made.\u00a0 Eligible individuals and businesses are expected to get a minimum payment of <span class=\"xn-money\">$25<\/span>.\u00a0 Large purchasers could recover many thousands of dollars. <\/p>\n<p><b>How can I get a payment?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Claim online or by mail by <b><span class=\"xn-chron\">December 7, 2015<\/span><\/b>.\u00a0 The simple online Claim Form only takes 3-5 minutes for most individuals.<\/p>\n<p><b>What are my rights?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Court will hold a hearing to be scheduled <b>after<\/b> <b><span class=\"xn-chron\">January 8, 2016<\/span><\/b>, to consider whether to approve the Settlements and a request for attorneys&#8217;
