The latest series kicked off in <span class=\"xn-location\">Chicago<\/span>, and will be moving on to <span class=\"xn-location\">Dallas<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-location\">Los Angeles<\/span>, and <span class=\"xn-location\">Washington, D.C.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;In addition to awarding scholarships, HSF provides critical resources and information to the entire community on what it takes to prepare for a college track,&#8221; said <span class=\"xn-person\">Fidel A.
