Because of successful events like these, no family ever receives a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food, because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.promesayesperanza.org\/english\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><i>Promesa y Esperanza<\/i><\/a><i><sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/i> radio fundraising events began in 1997, with just three participating radio stations.
