Save the Children staff will be working in the days and weeks ahead to give support to those most affected by this earthquake, particularly children.<\/p>\n<p>MoneyGram is also waiving fees for those who want to donate to the American Red Cross to help support relief efforts in <span class=\"xn-location\">Ecuador<\/span>.
