The visiting companies are looking to expand by increasing their sales via the ever-growing Latino market in America. <\/p>\n<p>The show also features educational sessions which include\u00a0workshops by the faculty of the Rutgers Food Innovation Center, the FDA, USDA, and expert industry professionals. The sessions by <span class=\"xn-org\">Rutgers<\/span> cover the new rules on food safety, and trends in technology for specialty, processed foods. The FDA session includes a full discussion of the changes made to food labeling rules.
