The ColorComm Conference is an annual business retreat that connects more than 400 executive leaders in communications, marketing, advertising, and digital from across the country.<\/p>\n<p>The conference, commonly referred to as #C2Miami, is the only event of its kind which opened with the ColorComm Circle Awards, the highest honor awarded to women of color changing the face of the communications industry. <\/p>\n<p>A select group of honorees included: <span class=\"xn-person\">Romina Rosado<\/span>, SVP, News &amp; Digital and Editor-In-Chief, E!
