Garcia<\/span> (<span class=\"xn-location\">Texas<\/span>) of <span class=\"xn-org\">University of Texas<\/span>; <span class=\"xn-person\">Kendall W. Those applying for the Culinary Arts and Food Sciences Scholarship must be enrolled as a freshman as a Culinary Arts and\/or Food Sciences major.
