Extending alcohol hours will exacerbate impact on neighborhoods.\n<\/li>\n<li>California Department of Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) does not have resources to investigate nuisance, crime and other alcohol compliance problems.\n<\/li>\n<li>Impacts of a <span class=\"xn-chron\">4 am<\/span> last call will not stay local. \u00a0The harms and costs will spread across all of our roads ways and communities forcing all municipalities to pay the price for additional law enforcement, EMT and other costs.\n<\/li>\n<li>Alcohol-related deaths in <span class=\"xn-location\">California<\/span> top 10,500 per year with over 900,000 alcohol-related incidents of harm including crime, injuries, sexual assault, and high-risk sex.\n<\/li>\n<li>According to CDC reports, <span class=\"xn-location\">California<\/span> suffers <span class=\"xn-money\">$35 billion<\/span> a year in alcohol-related harm, with local and state governments paying nearly $<b>14.5 billion<\/b> annually.\n<\/li>\n<li>The <b><span class=\"xn-money\">$350 million dollars<\/span> the state receives<\/b> annually in alcohol taxes and fees does not even come close to covering the costs.\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Put public safety over bar profits!
