To bring the campaign to life, NPB has once again teamed up with Puerto Rican-born and <span class=\"xn-location\">Miami<\/span>-based <b>Chef Jos\u00e9 Mend\u00edn<\/b>. Mend\u00edn is a five-time <span class=\"xn-person\">James Beard<\/span> Award nominee and restaurateur behind the Pubbelly Restaurant Group, including Pubbelly Noodle Bar, an Asian-inspired gastropub in <span class=\"xn-location\">Miami<\/span>. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There is no better time than now to enjoy pork with family and friends as a delicious complement to a variety of dishes, especially with the holidays approaching,&#8221; said <span class=\"xn-person\">Jose de Jesus<\/span>, director of multicultural marketing at the National Pork Board. &#8220;Pork is a staple in the Latino community, and we are thrilled to be working with Chef Mend\u00edn to bring awareness of all that pork has to offer.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Chef Mend\u00edn has created a range of original recipes, including videos, highlighting the flavors of pork to help consumers bring <i><b>&#8220;El Sabor de Hoy&#8221;<\/b><\/i> to their own kitchens.
