All eligible applications must be received by <span class=\"xn-chron\">Friday, May 25, 2018<\/span> at <span class=\"xn-chron\">11:59 p.m. ET<\/span>, and recipients will be announced on or about <span class=\"xn-chron\">September 15, 2018<\/span>. In 2017, more than 1,000 eligible entries were received. The selected essays conveyed how heritage and culture have driven students&#8217; pursuit of higher education and betterment of their communities.
