The Bank&#8217;s newly implemented leadership plan involves the promotion of several Bank officers, as well as the hiring of new bank personnel. The leadership changes are in response to recent market growth, and the increased customer service needs resulting from the expansion of business.\u00a0 The transition is taking place prior to the construction of the First Bank &amp; Trust Company building which will soon be under construction at The Pinnacle shopping center in <span class=\"xn-location\">Bristol<\/span>, Tennessee.\u00a0 The following individuals are part of the leadership transition plan: <\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>William Houston &#8220;Hugh&#8221; Ferguson, III \u2013 Senior Vice President, Regional Manager Tri-Cities will assume management of the southwest <span class=\"xn-location\">Virginia<\/span> market in addition to the northeast <span class=\"xn-location\">Tennessee<\/span> region he currently manages.\u00a0 As the Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of <span class=\"xn-location\">Tennessee<\/span> and southwest <span class=\"xn-location\">Virginia<\/span>, Ferguson will manage all aspects of the 12 branches which includes the deposit and loan portfolio for <span class=\"xn-location\">Lebanon<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-location\">Abingdon<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-location\">Wise<\/span> and <span class=\"xn-location\">Norton<\/span>, in <span class=\"xn-location\">Virginia<\/span>, and <span class=\"xn-location\">Bristol<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-location\">Kingsport<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-location\">Gray<\/span> and <span class=\"xn-location\">Johnson City<\/span> in <span class=\"xn-location\">Tennessee<\/span>.
